We process your personal data for the following purposes, each with a corresponding legal basis:

• To create and manage your account and provide access to the program — contract performance.
• To process and deliver your purchase, including order confirmation and receipts — contract performance.
• To send you the program content, course updates, and administrative communications — contract performance.
• To share relevant job postings based on your location so we can help you land interviews — legitimate interests.
• To send newsletters and promotional emails about our program and offers — consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve and maintain the program, including analyzing usage patterns and fixing issues — legitimate interests.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks and protect our intellectual property — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• To respond to your questions and provide support — contract performance and legitimate interests.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests — legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary for the purposes described above:

• Stripe (payment processor) — for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax calculation, and invoicing. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for payment data.
• Service providers and subprocessors — including website hosting, database hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and customer-support tooling. These providers process data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Professional advisers — such as legal and accounting firms, where necessary to obtain professional advice or comply with legal obligations.
• Authorities and law enforcement — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Your personal data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms to ensure your data is protected to a standard comparable to your home jurisdiction.
