All sales are final

The Insider Hiring Code is a digital program. The full curriculum, every instructor-led video, and all downloadable workbooks are delivered to your account immediately after payment clears. Because the entire product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable.

You confirm and accept this at checkout before any payment is taken. Please review the curriculum outline and free preview material on the home page before you buy.

Problems with your order

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or your access did not unlock, contact us and we will fix it. Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected promptly — that is a billing error, not a refund request, and it is always handled.

Access and licence

Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable licence under our Terms & License Agreement. Sharing, copying, reselling, or redistributing the material ends that licence and access is revoked without refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. We keep timestamped records of purchase, terms acceptance, and content delivery, and we submit those records in response to any dispute. Access is revoked immediately when a chargeback is filed.
